What happens in the sessions ?

In your therapy sessions, whether by phone, video or face-to-face, Ann aims to provide an environment in which you will feel safe and secure enough to express what is going on in your life, and in your mind and body. There is no rush, you can take your time.

You will build a picture or pattern of what is going on now and how it is being maintained. You can then take a look back into what has occurred in the past, if you are willing and ready, to gain insight into how your present situation may have developed. This will help Ann to formulate a plan of how you will work together over the coming weeks and months. This is a process that may take some time.

Many people have been through therapy with Ann and found they are profoundly and positively changed, and they are aware that this has occurred through their own insights and efforts.
